If you have to make a return, the information below will assist you:
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" products, units, or accessories purchased from Water Cannon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the "to" and "from" shipping charges.
Return Goods
Our Return Goods Authorization Number must accompany all return shipments. No shipment will be accepted for credit considerations without our pre arranged authorization. All returns must be freight prepaid. For speedy processing include a copy of the original invoice.
Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase(invoice date) to our Factory Designated Location.
Returns for refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
* Return is shipped within 30 days of invoice date
* Returned Product is in new condition with all included items and packaging
* Customer has called and received an RMA number prior to shipping
* Product is reboxed properly for damage free shipping
* Customer will pay all freight charges, shipping to and shipping back
* A 15% minimum restocking fee will be charged
There is a 15% restocking charge for all engines returned. Engines must be returned freight pre-paid within 15 days with a return authorization number. Only engines that have not been filled with oil or gasoline are eligible for return. There are no returns on any generator, pressure washer, lawn mower, or any other parts or equipment.
Most new items carry a manufacturer's warranty which can be repaired by any authorized dealer. A manufacturer's warranty is not a money-back guarantee. Standard warranty coverage is to repair or replace, free of charge, any parts that are defective in material or workmanship. Contact any local Authorized Dealer for warranty service, since no transportation charges are included in the coverage. Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain warranty coverage. The sales receipt indicates the purchase date which starts the warranty period.
Drop shipped items can not be returned.
Shipping costs are not covered by any warranty.
